Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return the item(s) within 5 business days of the delivery date. The product must be defective upon delivery, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thebetterchoice.in with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, or items that are returned after the 10-day return window).
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and any discounted items are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation Window: Once your order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
- Refund After Cancellation: Upon a successful cancellation request within the stipulated time, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
